Need A Light For My Remington 870 Pump

I need a light I realized for my 870. What do you recommend and where can I get it. I need all parts to mount it and everything. Please provide link if you can. Heres the 870 in question for reference...Thanks!!

You can get them cheaper on Ebay, or elsewhere.

The switches are right where you would want them.

God forbid I ever had to use it. In a life and death encounter the best outcome is me having to spend $50,000 on a defense attorney.
So I won't try to save 10 cents on a cheap light that might not work when my life depends on it.

You can spend as much as you did on the gun itself and get a Surefire, or, you can pay $80 or less for the WLS-2000 from TacStar.

Unless you're a cop or Marine invading a home, the WLS-2000 will do everything you need, dependably.

The T6 light (the centerpiece of the WLS-2000) from TacStar is almost as good as the Surefire series flashlights, some would say the equivalent. The mount of the WLS-2000 is not as good, of course, but it will do for a home owner or in a similar civilian application.

As others have said, SUREFIRE. Works nicely on my 870.

Turn on your flashlight and hold it in the crook of your neck like a phone.....
KIDDING!
Surefires are nice because they're a supported system-based item.
...or a headlamp! Oh, I tickle me!

absurd humor is the best....too bad the newer breed of movie producers don't pull it off well.

erocktxmade below is a picture of my 870's original wood forend and the Surefire. I disconnected the "Forend Tube Assembly" from the 870's original wood forend and connected it to Surefire.
Here is a side view picture of the "Forend Tube Assembly"

This is a simple operation and I have switched back and forth numerous times for shooting trap.

The trickier part is reinstalling the "Forend Tube Assembly" with the firing pin mechanism back into the gun. But I had practice the first time I shot it at the range when I was switching barrels. It came apart. It doesn't take a gunsmith or a genius, just patience.

The only tool you need comes with the Surefire forend. I used a large socket to "coax" the "Forend Tube Assembly" from the original wood forend the first time.
